The Ismail Watenga Foundation’s big day at Nakaloke Primary School in Mbale on January 5th, 2024, was a time of joy and excitement for everyone involved. People of all ages gathered for netball and football tournaments, cheering on their friends and neighbors as they played with enthusiasm and teamwork.

But the event wasn’t just about sports. It was also a chance for the community to come together and connect. Leaders from the area, along with guests from the media, joined in the festivities, sharing ideas and discussing ways to make our community even better.

And the generosity didn’t stop there! Students received school supplies to help them succeed in their studies, while young athletes were thrilled to receive sports equipment to support their passion for the game. It was a heartwarming reminder of the power of giving back and supporting one another.
